1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the hellspin platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or communicating with our support team — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — constitute a violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

3.2 KYC Verification

hellspin applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all player accounts. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you will be required to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID — National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

4.2 Deposits

4.3 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes during operating hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST).
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

hellspin offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a multi-tier welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 across their first three qualifying deposits (18+ only). The welcome bonus is available exclusively to players who register a new account, complete basic account verification, and make a qualifying deposit within the designated period. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously held an account on hellspin.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

6 Betting & Casino Game Rules
